Critical forged tubesheet with flange rim for shell-and-tube heat exchangers — tube support, fluid isolation and high-pressure sealing in one component.
All flange types

A Tube Sheet Flange (often referred to simply as a Tubesheet) is a critical, specialized component primarily used in shell-and-tube heat exchangers, boilers, and pressure vessels. It is a thick, circular, forged steel plate integrated with a flange rim, serving the dual purpose of structurally supporting a bundle of tubes and acting as a pressure-containing seal to isolate two different fluids. The outer flange face connects and seals to the vessel shell, while the perforated centre holds heat-exchanger tubes fixed by welding, roller expansion, or hydraulic expansion — strictly separating tube-side fluid from shell-side fluid and preventing cross-contamination.
